52RESETNINPUT系统复位内置约 30 KΩ 上拉电阻和去抖滤波,不使用可直接悬空,若外挂电容建议不超过 4.7 uF。
POWER
12, 29, 54VCC33_IOPOWER芯片 IO 电压3.3 V 供电。
55LDO25POWER内置 LDO 输出内部模拟模块使用,外部接 1 uF 旁路电容。
28LDO18POWER内置 LDO 输出供内部 PSRAM 使用,若使用需做好芯片散热,外部接 1 uF 旁路电容。
5, 27, 53VDD11_SYSPOWER芯片 Core 电压1.1 V 供电,若使用内置 LDO1x,必须做好芯片散热,53 引脚为 LDO1x 输出。
