引脚复用
重要:
- 只有 SPI0 支持 Flash 启动。
- PF0 / PF1 电源域为 LDO25,做 IO 输入/输出时需注意电平。
- 启动阶段 BROM 有扫描介质过程,SDC1_D0/ CMD/ CLK 和 SPI0_CS/ MOSI/ CLK 引脚有毫秒级脉冲波形输出,做 IO 输出时需注意,做输入无影响。
- PS0/PS1 是 OD 引脚,需要外挂上拉;PS2/PS3 当 IO 时,RTC_VCOIN 需要 3.3V 供电
- 轻度休眠,D125CxS 和 D125ExS 都支持,VCC33/ VDD11/ LDO18 需要常供电,其中 VDD11 和 LDO18 可使用内置 LDO 供电或外部供电,RTC_IO1 或任意 IO 用于休眠唤醒;
- 深度休眠,只有 D125ExS 支持,VCC33/ LDO18 需要常供电,其中 VDD11 需要外部供电并使用 RTC_IO0 控制关闭,LDO18 需预留外部 LDO 供电,RTC_IO1 用于休眠唤醒。
